产学研合作各方的法律义务与道德责任

【摘要】：高校产学研合作已成为深化高等教育改革的重要内容,目前产学研合作还面临着合作主体地位与作用、权力与义务、合作依据、关系界定、合作成果产权与利益交割、科研成果转化等诸多法律问题。进一步明确产学研合作各方法律义务与道德责任,健全产学研合作机制,破解制约产学研合作的各种法律问题,对促进产学研合作的深入开展意义重大。
[Abstract]:The cooperation between industry, university and research has become an important part of deepening the reform of higher education. At present, the cooperation between industry, university and research is still faced with many legal issues, such as the status and function of the main body of cooperation, the power and obligation, the basis of cooperation, the definition of relationship, the delivery of property rights and interests of cooperative results, the transformation of scientific research results, and so on. It is of great significance to further clarify the legal obligations and moral responsibilities of all parties in industry-university-research cooperation, improve the mechanism of industry-university-research cooperation, and solve all kinds of legal problems that restrict industry-university-research cooperation.
