打造创新型法律人才的几点思考

【摘要】：正高等院校法学专业教育作为中国高等教育体系中一个十分重要的组成部分,承担着为现代化国家培养法律专业人才的重要责任,也肩负着传播与弘扬法律精神的重要使命。当前社会需要大量的创新型法律人才,但我国高校法学教育所培养的人才不管是在数量上,还是在质量上均无法适应社会主义市场经济对于创新型法律人才的需要。因此,打造创新型法律人才已经成为摆在高校法学教育工作者面前的一个重要课题。
[Abstract]:As a very important part of China's higher education system, law major education in colleges and universities is shouldering the important responsibility of training legal professionals for modern countries. It also shoulders the important mission of spreading and carrying forward the spirit of law. At present, the society needs a large number of innovative legal talents, but the number of people trained by the law education in Chinese universities is no matter in quantity. Therefore, creating innovative legal talents has become an important subject in front of law educators in colleges and universities.
