莫里尔法案对美国国家农业创新体系建设的影响

【摘要】：美国1862年颁布的《莫里尔法案》及其建立的各州增地农学院,对美国国家农业创新体系的建设起到了基础性的作用。法案促使《哈奇法案》和《史密斯-雷佛法案》的颁布,构建了完整的国家农业创新体系从而促进了美国农业的极大发展并领先于世界。我国的国家农业创新体系建设可以借鉴美国的经验,通过相关政策增强农业大学在国家农业创新体系中的核心作用及其对农业科技创新的服务能力。
[Abstract]:The "Morrill Act" promulgated in 1862 and the Land Enhancement College established by the United States played a fundamental role in the construction of the national agricultural innovation system in the United States.The Act led to the enactment of the Hatch Act and the Smithsonian Act, and established a complete national system of agricultural innovation, which led to the great development of American agriculture and led the world.The construction of the national agricultural innovation system in China can draw lessons from the experience of the United States and strengthen the core role of agricultural universities in the national agricultural innovation system and their service ability to agricultural scientific and technological innovation through relevant policies.
