城市流动人口社会融入的法律社会学思考

【摘要】：农村流动人口如何融入城市社会生活,这不仅是流动人口研究的核心问题,也是关系到中国工业化、城镇化的重要问题。本研究从法律社会学视角,将经济层面、社会层面、文化层面和法律层面的融入情况作为城市流动人口社会融入的四大指标,来衡量城市流动人口社会融入现状;然后从个体人口与法律属性特征、社会支持、法律援助、应对方式、法律意识等方面探讨城市流动人口社会融入的主要影响因素;最后从加大法律援助力度、改革传统户籍法、完善社会保障法、全面推进社区服务等四个方面对提升城市流动人口社会融入能力提出对策性建议。
[Abstract]:How to integrate rural floating population into urban social life is not only the core issue in the study of floating population, but also an important issue related to industrialization and urbanization in China. From the perspective of legal sociology, this study takes the integration of economic, social, cultural and legal levels as the four indicators of the social integration of urban floating population, to measure the current situation of social integration of urban floating population; Then from the aspects of individual population and legal attributes, social support, legal aid, coping style, legal consciousness and so on, this paper discusses the main factors influencing the social integration of urban floating population, and finally, from the aspects of increasing legal aid, reforming the traditional household registration law, To improve the social security law and promote community service in an all-round way, four aspects are put forward to improve the social integration ability of urban floating population.
