用法治力量推动转型发展

【摘要】：正习近平总书记强调,要善于运用法治思维和法治方式深化改革、推动发展、化解矛盾、维护稳定。党的十八届五中全会提出,要加快形成引领经济发展新常态的体制机制和发展方式。这既需要现代市场经济的理念和手段,也需要法治思维和法治方式。在推动经济转型升级和发展方式转变中,必须牢牢把握社会主义市场经济本质上是法治经济这一精髓,善于依靠法治力量,为转型发展提供强劲动力和坚强保障。
[Abstract]:General secretary Xi Jinping stressed that we should be good at applying the rule of law thinking and the rule of law to deepen the reform, promote development, resolve contradictions and maintain stability. In the fifth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, the party has proposed to speed up the formation of a new normal system mechanism and development way to lead the economic development. This requires both the concept and means of the current market economy and the thought of the rule of law. In order to promote the transformation of economic transformation and development, we must firmly grasp the essence of the socialist market economy as a rule of law economy, and be good at relying on the power of the rule of law to provide strong power and strong guarantee for the transformation and development.
