[Abstract]:For the thirty year since the promulgation of the 82 constitution, it is the most important stage of the Chinese constitutional road for a hundred years. In memory of this historical moment, a review of the state of constitutional changes for the past thirty years is reviewed and the road to constitutional government is looked forward to.
