【摘要】：正自古以来,官员的贪污贿赂就是影响国家长治久安和国家机器有效运作的"毒瘤",因此,从秦汉到明清的中国古代封建社会一直特别重视吏治问题,为后世积累了大量的经验和教训。封建鼎盛时期的唐王朝主张以法治吏,在赋予官吏权力的同时,更是设置了大量的惩治官吏贪污贿赂的法律条文,内容详尽,条理严密,开后世官吏贪污贿赂罪立法之先河,其完备的吏治章法被宋元明清沿袭,在中国法制史上具有重大影响。作为
[Abstract]:Since ancient times, official corruption and bribery has been a "cancer" that affects the long-term stability of the state and the effective operation of the state machinery. Therefore, the ancient feudal society of China from the Qin and Han dynasties to the Ming and Qing dynasties paid special attention to the issue of official administration. It has accumulated a great deal of experience and lessons for later generations. The Tang Dynasty advocated the rule of law in the period of feudal heyday. While giving power to officials, it also set up a large number of legal provisions to punish corruption and bribery of government officials. The contents were detailed and closely organized, opening up the legislation of corruption and bribery of officials in later generations. Its complete rules of administration were followed by Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties, which had a great influence in the history of Chinese legal system. As
