英国电子出版物法定缴存研究

【摘要】：英国电子出版物缴存计划在《法定缴存图书馆法》等立法和规章的保障下顺利开展。英国国家图书馆是接收缴存出版物的图书馆之一,在电子出版物缴存制定及实施过程中发挥主导,为电子出版物缴存得以实现提供了组织保障。英国电子出版物缴存计划的实施还需要不同部门的配合及多项措施的保障。电子出版物缴存计划的实施,首先应明确规定应缴存的不同类型出版物,将法定缴存与自愿缴存相结合,重视与出版商之间的合作。
[Abstract]:The electronic publication deposit scheme in the UK is carried out smoothly under legislation and regulations such as the statutory paid-up Library Act. The National Library of England is one of the libraries that receive the deposited publications. It plays a leading role in the development and implementation of electronic publications, which provides an organizational guarantee for the realization of electronic publications. The implementation of the electronic publication deposit scheme in the UK also requires the cooperation of different departments and the protection of a number of measures. In the implementation of the electronic publication deposit plan, the different types of publications that should be deposited should be clearly defined, the legal and voluntary deposit should be combined, and the cooperation with publishers should be emphasized.
