浅析近代早期英国“星法院”法令的嬗变及原因

【摘要】："星法院"法令作为近代出版业第一个法令,其对于规范出版业有着积极的作用,但其消极影响却延至百年。从中,我们也可以看到在同该法令斗争的过程中,英国市民阶层蕴含的力量;了解英国作为近代欧洲第一个拥有出版规范的国家所具有的时代价值。
[Abstract]:As the first law of modern publishing, the "Star Court" law has a positive effect on regulating the publishing industry, but its negative influence is extended to a hundred years. In this way, we can also see the strength of the British civil class in the process of fighting against the Act, and understand the value of Britain as the first country in modern Europe to have publishing norms.
