中国特色社会主义法律体系教育路径解析

【摘要】：深入学习宣传中国特色社会主义法律体系,已经列入"六五普法规划",也是高校思想政治理论课教育教学面临的重要任务。"思想道德修养与法律基础"课教学是高校中国特色社会主义法律体系教育的主渠道,及时调整充实教材有关内容,帮助大学生深刻理解中国特色社会主义法律体系形成标志及其重大意义,准确把握中国特色社会主义法律体系的基本特征和内部关系,正确认识完善中国特色社会主义法律体系面临的新形势和新任务,不断增强建设社会主义法治国家的使命感和责任感,是中国特色社会主义法律体系教育的基本路径。
[Abstract]:Deeply studying and propagating the legal system of socialism with Chinese characteristics has been included in the sixth Five-Year Plan of Popularization of Law, which is also an important task for the education and teaching of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities. " The course of ideological and moral cultivation and legal basis is the main channel for the education of the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics in colleges and universities, and timely readjusts and enriches the relevant contents of the textbooks. To help college students to understand the symbols of the formation of the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics and its great significance, and to accurately grasp the basic characteristics and internal relations of the legal system with Chinese characteristics. Correct understanding of the new situation and new task of perfecting the legal system of socialism with Chinese characteristics and constantly strengthening the sense of mission and responsibility in building a socialist country ruled by law is the basic path for the education of the legal system of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
