法治视域下的思想政治教育研究

【摘要】：随着我国社会经济的进一步发展,思想政治教育在其自身的发展过程中面临着一系列的新问题和新挑战。当前,思想政治教育如何摆脱旧有的落后观念和方式以适应经济发展的需要,是值得我们思考和研究的一个问题。随着社会文明的进步,法治文明越来越成为衡量社会文明程度的重要标志。当代中国正在进行建设社会主义法治国家的伟大实践,法治作为治理国家的一种基本方略,不仅对推进我国的政治建设和社会全面进步具有深远的指导意义,而且对于思想政治教育也颇有启迪。法治的逻辑起点是创立良法,这要求我们首先应该关注思想政治教育内容的合理性问题；司法工作者在法的适用过程中应该忠于法律,这要求教育者应该坚定自身的价值信仰；法以权利为本位的特点启示我们在思想政治教育过程中应该充分尊重受教育者的利益诉求；公民积极守法的境界则要求受教育者对思想政治教育所提出要求的自觉遵从。本文基于法治与思想政治教育的内在关联,通过对法治视域下思想政治教育存在的问题进行分析,寻找法治对于思想政治教育的借鉴价值。试图在法治视域下从构建合理性的思想政治教育内容,引导教育者确立思想政治教育价值信仰,关注受教育者的利益诉求以及引导受教育者自觉遵从思想政治教育要求这四个方面来探讨思想政治教育的实施策略,以提高思想政治教育的有效性。
[Abstract]:With the further development of China's social economy, ideological and political education is facing a series of new problems and challenges in its own development. At present, how to get rid of the old backward ideas and ways to meet the needs of economic development is a problem worthy of our consideration and study. With the progress of social civilization, the rule of law civilization has become an important symbol to measure the degree of social civilization. The great practice of building a socialist country ruled by law is being carried out in contemporary China. As a basic strategy of governing the country, the rule of law is not only of far-reaching guiding significance for promoting our country's political construction and overall social progress. And also for ideological and political education is quite enlightening. The logical starting point of the rule of law is the creation of good law, which requires us to first pay attention to the rationality of ideological and political education content, judicial workers should be loyal to the law in the application of law, which requires educators to strengthen their own value belief; The characteristics of law based on rights enlighten us that in the process of ideological and political education, we should fully respect the interests of the educatees, while the state of citizens actively abiding by the law requires the educatees to comply consciously with the demands of ideological and political education. Based on the internal relationship between the rule of law and ideological and political education, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the ideological and political education from the perspective of the rule of law, and looks for the reference value of the rule of law for the ideological and political education. From the perspective of the rule of law, this paper attempts to construct the rational content of ideological and political education and guide educators to establish the value belief of ideological and political education. In order to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education, we should pay attention to the interests of the educatees and guide them to comply with the requirements of ideological and political education.
