“田产争讼爰书”所展示的汉晋经济研究新视角——甘肃临泽县新出西晋简册释读与初探

【摘要】：2010年甘肃省张掖市临泽县新发现成册简牍一批,通过对其文本内容的释读,可以判断这是一份西晋愍帝建兴元年十二月间张掖郡临泽县地方政府对一起"兄弟争田"民事案件的审理记录。该简牍文书篇幅较长,几乎完整地记录了西晋晚期一次民事经济纠纷案件的审理过程。简文内容涉及汉晋时期占田制度、家庭与宗法制度、占物入官制度等若干经济史问题,对于两汉魏晋南北朝时期的经济史研究,具有无可替代的史料价值。
[Abstract]:In 2010, in Linze County, Zhangye City, Gansu Province, a batch of newly discovered booklets were found, and through the interpretation of the contents of their texts, It can be judged that this is a record of the trial of a civil case of "brother fighting for farmland" by the local government of Linze County, Zhangye County in December of the first year of Jianxing. The paper is a long document, almost complete record of a civil and economic disputes in the late Western Jin Dynasty trial process. The content of the brief works involves a number of economic history problems, such as the system of occupation of farmland, the system of family and patriarchal clan, the system of taking things into the official system, and so on, which has irreplaceable historical value for the study of economic history in the period of Han, Wei, Jin and Southern and Northern dynasties.
