【摘要】：正法庭审判需要灵巧的智慧、敏捷的思路和迅速决策的能力,优柔寡断往往会导致失败。风靡欧美法律界70年的经典巨著、美国20世纪初伟大的辩护律师弗朗西斯.韦尔曼著的《辩护的艺术》,教育了一代又一代的律师。对于政治家、辩论爱好者、商务谈判人员、心理分析师等舌战人员也都有相当大的启迪;对于大众读者,法庭中戏剧性的针锋相对、激烈缜密的言辞攻防更是精彩万分。此书是美国各大学法学院所规定的辩论学课程必读参考书。
[Abstract]:Court trials require clever wisdom, quick thinking and the ability to make quick decisions. Indecision often leads to failure. It is a classic masterpiece that has swept the European and American legal profession for 70 years. The Art of Defense by Francis Wellman, a great defense lawyer in the United States at the beginning of 20th century, has educated generations of lawyers, for politicians, debate enthusiasts, and business negotiators. Psychological analysts and other war of words personnel are also quite enlightening; For the general public, the court's dramatic tit-for-tat, intense and meticulous rhetoric is even more brilliant. It is a required reference book for the debating courses prescribed by American universities and law schools.
