[Abstract]:Article 208th and article 209th of the newly revised Civil procedure Law established the procuratorial suggestion right of the procuratorial organ for the first time from the legislative level. However, from the point of view of the procuratorial proposal system itself, there is still a lack of unity of form and an unclear scope. A series of problems, such as uncertainty of effectiveness, also exist a lot of disputes in practice. Therefore, it is necessary to sort out the procuratorial proposal system and analyze the problems encountered in the process of application of the procuratorial proposal.
