社会心理、行政信任与农民司法信任

【摘要】：司法信任对于提升农民法治观念、推进农村法治建设具有重要作用。以湖北省调查数据为例,运用定量分析方法,研究个体特征因素、社会心理因素和行政组织信任对于农民的司法信任的影响机制。结果表明:第一,教育年限显著抑制农民的司法信任;家庭经济水平显著促进农民的司法信任;家庭社会地位对农民的司法信任具有显著负向作用。第二,行政组织信任中,中央政府信任、地方政府信任和公安部门信任三方面因素均对农民的司法信任产生显著的证明促进作用。并且中央政府信任的促进作用最大,公安部门信任的促进作用居中,地方政府信任的促进作用最小。第三,社会心理因素对农民的司法信任没有显著影响。
[Abstract]:Judicial trust plays an important role in promoting farmers' concept of rule of law and promoting the construction of rural rule of law. Taking the investigation data of Hubei Province as an example, this paper uses quantitative analysis method to study individual characteristic factors. The influence mechanism of social psychological factors and administrative organization trust on farmers' judicial trust. The results show that: first, the years of education significantly inhibit the farmers' judicial trust, the family economic level significantly promotes the farmers' judicial trust; Family social status has a significant negative effect on farmers' judicial trust. Second, in the trust of administrative organizations, the central government trust, The three factors of local government trust and public security department trust all have significant proof and promotion effect on the peasants' judicial trust, and the central government trust is the most important, and the public security department trust promotion role is the middle. Third, social psychological factors have no significant influence on farmers' judicial trust.
