【摘要】：本文以第一巡回法庭为例,探讨了巡回法庭的设置、功能及其性质,着重介绍了第一巡回法庭正式受理案件后的初步实践,在此基础上对比了我国巡回法庭与英美巡回审判制度的区别,最后提出下一步的完善建议。
[Abstract]:Taking the first circuit court as an example, this paper discusses the establishment, function and nature of the circuit court, and emphatically introduces the preliminary practice after the first circuit court formally accepts the case. On this basis, this paper compares the differences between China's circuit court and the British and American circuit trial system, and finally puts forward some suggestions for further improvement.
