基层院检察长应具备四种创新思维

【摘要】：正修改后刑诉法不仅丰富了检察机关法律监督的内容,强化了法律监督职权,而且对检察机关及检察工作提出了更高的要求,因此,正确实施修改后刑诉法对检察工作的健康发展既是历史机遇又是新的挑战,尤其是对任务繁重的基层检察院来说,如何全面正确有效地贯彻实施修改后刑诉法,是关系检察工作全面发展的重大事项。对此,结合我院实践,笔者认为,作为基层检察院的检察长应当具备四种创新思维,才能开创性地带领检察干警
[Abstract]:The revised Criminal procedure Law not only enriches the content of legal supervision of procuratorial organs, strengthens the powers and powers of legal supervision, but also puts forward higher requirements for procuratorial organs and procuratorial work. The correct implementation of the revised Criminal procedure Law is not only a historical opportunity but also a new challenge to the healthy development of procuratorial work, especially for the grass-roots procuratorates with heavy tasks, how to carry out the revised Criminal procedure Law correctly and effectively, It is an important matter related to the overall development of procuratorial work. In view of this and the practice of our hospital, the author believes that the Procurator-General, as a grass-roots procuratorate, should have four innovative thinking in order to lead the procuratorial police in a groundbreaking way.
