【摘要】：正浙江省台州市椒江区为解决维护社会稳定工作机制中存在的效率不高、权威性不够、资源整合不畅、作用发挥不顺等问题,于2012年4月,挂牌成立全省首个区信访综治维稳中心,将区委政法委相关职能与区信访局合并,相关联部门实行合署办公,统一受理、分类处理涉稳涉访事件,实现信访、综治、平安、维稳工作一套领导班子管理,所有资源融合共享,统一调配使用。区维稳中心内设信访受理、调解办案、排查巡调、维稳处置和督查指导5个组,另设办公室、法律援助室
