[Abstract]:In recent years, with more and more judicial archives being used in the study of Chinese legal history, the value and function of judicial archives are becoming more and more prominent, such as Tian Tao's collection and research on the private contract archives of Huang Yan and Huizhou. Hou Xinyi's research on the judicial archives in the Soviet region, Yu Jiang's study on Baodi's files, and Li Zan's study on the judicial archives of Nanbu County are all inseparable from the excavation of the relevant files.
