【摘要】：作为国有企业的一种特殊形式,监狱企业在计划经济时期为我国的国民经济做出过重要贡献。随着市场经济的发展,监狱企业也进入了转型期,全面监狱体制改革使其监企分开,这给监狱企业带来了新的机遇和挑战。对于以劳务加工为主要经营业务的监狱企业来说,质量管理和生产安全一直是企业发展的根本要求。SZS监狱是我国西部最大的监狱之一,企业经营项目以来料加工服务为主。皮具加工车间是SZS监狱最大的加工车间,服刑人员多,以手工加工为主,具有较强的代表性。车间提升产品质量合格率可以提高服刑人员劳务收入,有利于监狱管理的长期稳定和服刑人员的转化改造。目前,皮具加工车间在质量管理中存在较多问题。本文以皮具加工车间为研究对象,通过对车间质量管理的调查,剖析SZS监狱企业皮具加工车间质量管理存在的问题及成因,一方面为车间提高产品质量提供数据基础和决策依据;另一方面以此为基础明确车间质量管理体系的构成要素,以质量管理的理论为指导,通过循环管理方法(PDCA),构建车间质量管理体系,全面系统地解决质量管理中存在的问题。本文旨在为监狱企业车间提高质量管理水平提供方法和路径,以期在一定程度上促进监狱企业科学健康、高效稳定、可持续的发展。
[Abstract]:As a special form of state-owned enterprises, prison enterprises have made important contributions to our national economy during the planned economy period.With the development of market economy, prison enterprises have also entered the transition period. The overall reform of prison system separates them, which brings new opportunities and challenges to prison enterprises.For the prison enterprises whose main business is labor processing, quality management and production safety are the basic requirements of the development of enterprises. SZS prison is one of the largest prisons in the west of China.Leather workshop is the largest workshop in SZS prison.Improving the qualified rate of product quality in the workshop can increase the labor income of prisoners, which is beneficial to the long-term stability of prison management and the transformation and transformation of prisoners.At present, there are many problems in quality management of leather workshop.This paper takes the leather processing workshop as the research object, through the investigation of the workshop quality management, analyzes the existing problems and causes of the SZS prison enterprise leather processing workshop quality management.On the one hand, it provides the data basis and decision basis for improving the product quality of workshop; on the other hand, it clarifies the constituent elements of workshop quality management system, guided by the theory of quality management.The quality management system of workshop is constructed by using the method of circular management, and the existing problems in quality management are solved in a comprehensive and systematic way.The purpose of this paper is to provide methods and paths for improving the quality management level of the prison workshop in order to promote the scientific, healthy, efficient, stable and sustainable development of the prison enterprise to a certain extent.
