思想政治教育在大调解机制中的功能研究

【摘要】：目前我国正处于社会转型时期，经济、文化、意识形态领域都发生了深刻的变化。出现了利益主体多元化，，利益关系复杂化，利益矛盾集团化，各种利益矛盾纠纷凸显的现象。一种新的纠纷解决机制应运而生——“大调解机制”。大调解机制是有效化解社会矛盾和纠纷的一个重要方式。在调解过程中，为了产生更好的调解效果，需要运用多种手段和各种方式，思想政治教育可以是调解中最为重要的一种手段和方法之一。本文论述了思想政治教育在大调解机制中运用的必要性，认为思想政治教育在大调解工作中具有化解矛盾，消除纠纷，引导人们价值取向，调节人与人之间、人与社会之间的关系，维护社会和谐的功能。但在大调解的过程中，漠视了思想政治教育在大调解机制中的功能，使得思想政治教育的功能不能得到很好的发挥。要进一步发挥思想政治教育在大调解机制中的功能，维护社会稳定、经济平稳的发展，必须充分认识大调解工作过程中思想政治教育的特殊功能，深刻把握调解对象的思想动态。在大调解过程中，坚持调解的原则性、灵活性和整体性，真正做到化解矛盾纠纷与实际利益相结合、思想政治教育与矛盾纠纷解决相结合。在大调解的过程中充分挖掘其思想政治教育的功能，走出一条具有中国特色的大调解工作道路。
[Abstract]:At present, our country is in the period of social transformation, the economic, cultural and ideological fields have undergone profound changes. The phenomenon of the diversification of interest subjects, the complication of interest relations, the collectivization of interest contradictions and the prominent conflicts of interests. A new dispute resolution mechanism emerged as the times require-the Great Mediation Mechanism. Great mediation mechanism is an important way to effectively resolve social contradictions and disputes. In the process of mediation, in order to produce better mediation effect, we need to use a variety of means and ways, ideological and political education can be one of the most important means and methods in mediation. This paper discusses the necessity of the application of ideological and political education in the great mediation mechanism, and holds that ideological and political education can resolve contradictions, eliminate disputes, guide people's value orientation, and regulate the relationship between people. The relationship between people and society, maintain the function of social harmony. However, in the process of great mediation, the function of ideological and political education in the mechanism of great mediation is ignored, which makes the function of ideological and political education impossible to play well. In order to further give full play to the function of ideological and political education in the great mediation mechanism and to maintain social stability and stable economic development, we must fully understand the special functions of ideological and political education in the process of great mediation. Deeply grasp the ideological dynamics of the object of mediation. In the process of great mediation, we should adhere to the principle, flexibility and integrity of mediation, and truly achieve the combination of resolving contradictions and disputes with actual interests, ideological and political education and conflict and dispute resolution. In the process of great mediation, it fully excavates its function of ideological and political education, and steps out a road of great mediation with Chinese characteristics.
