论我国法官员额制改革困境与出路

【摘要】：法官员额制改革关涉法院内部人员的切身利益,事关司法改革的成败。法官员额制改革近两年来快速推进,可复制经验尚未及研判得失即"遍地开花"。本文简要回顾我国法官员额制改革历程,剖析了法官"三化"改革美好愿景所面临的现实困阻,恪守问题导向原则,有针对性地提出五个方面的化解对策。
[Abstract]:The reform of the post system of judges concerns the vital interests of the court's internal personnel and the success or failure of the judicial reform. The reform of the post system of judges has been advancing rapidly in the past two years. This paper briefly reviews the history of the reform of the post system of judges in our country, analyzes the difficulties faced by the fine vision of the reform of the "three modernizations" of judges, adheres to the principle of problem orientation, and puts forward five countermeasures to resolve the problem.
