上海律师公会运作制度的演变及其财务状况

【摘要】：依照组织制度的沿革,民国时期的上海律师公会经历了会长制、委员制以及理监事制三个时期,这一制度的演变与当时推崇民主体制的社会背景戚戚相关,并且影响到了国内整个律师界。在财务方面,上海律师公会随着会员人数及其会费的增多,经费不断增加,同时相关财务管理也随之不断地成熟,并且有了比较严格的审计制度。在此期间,上海律师公会通过多次募捐筹集资金,先后购买、建造会所办公楼,整个决策过程比较透明、民主。
[Abstract]:According to the evolution of the organizational system, the Shanghai Bar Association in the period of the Republic of China experienced three periods: the chairman system, the committee system and the mandarin system. The evolution of this system was closely related to the social background of advocating the democratic system at that time. And affected the entire domestic legal profession. In the financial aspect, with the increase of the number of members and their membership fees, the funds of the Shanghai Bar Association are increasing, and the related financial management is also maturing, and there is a more strict audit system. During this period, the Shanghai Bar Association raised funds through several fund-raising, successively purchased and built the office building of the clubhouse, and the whole decision-making process was relatively transparent and democratic.
