未成年人检察工作一体化机制初探

【摘要】：正当前,各地检察院纷纷成立未成年人检察专门机构,制订未成年人检察工作机制,出台各项未成年人特殊检察措施,推进未成年人检察工作一体化进程,未检一体化已经成为未成年人检察工作改革和发展的主要方向。未成年人检察工作遵循先进司法理念,立足检察职能,积极推进社会管理创新,未检工作是检察机关积极参与社会管理创新首当其冲的领域。
[Abstract]:At present, local procuratorates have set up specialized procuratorial agencies for minors, formulated mechanisms for procuratorial work for minors, introduced various special procuratorial measures for minors, and advanced the process of the integration of procuratorial work for minors. Unchecked integration has become the main direction of the reform and development of juvenile procuratorial work. The minor procuratorial work follows the advanced judicial idea, bases on the procuratorial function, and actively promotes the social management innovation. The unchecked work is the first field in which the procuratorial organ actively participates in the social management innovation.
