【摘要】：正检察礼仪是指检察官在检察活动中所应遵循的特殊的仪式和程序,包括语言、服饰、仪容、举止等方面的礼性化、仪式化的要求,以及交流与行为的态度和方式,是法律精神对检察官内在要求的外在表现形式。可以说,检察活动作为一种特殊的社会活动,必然要求有符合检察规律的礼仪准则;而检察礼仪作为一种检察程式性要求,又是检察活动
[Abstract]:Positive prosecutorial etiquette refers to the special rituals and procedures that prosecutors should follow in their procuratorial activities, including the propriety and ritualization of language, dress, appearance, manners, etc., as well as the attitude and manner of communication and behavior. It is the external manifestation of the inner request of the procurator in the spirit of law. It can be said that procuratorial activities, as a special social activity, must require a standard of etiquette that conforms to the law of prosecution, while prosecutorial etiquette, as a kind of prosecutorial procedural requirement, is also a procuratorial activity.
