企业法律成本控制探讨

【摘要】：正一、企业法律成本概念(一)企业法律成本含义法律成本是指法律系统运作的全部费用支出。具体包括立法、司法、执法、守法等环节中,法律主体为实现权利、履行义务和承担责任所耗费的人力、物力、财力和时间资源的总和。企业法律成本是企业执行法律、盲目决策、管理失误、签订合同的法律失误和法律纠纷等产生的支出和损失的总和。
[Abstract]:First, the concept of legal cost of enterprise (1) the meaning of legal cost of enterprise is the total expense of the operation of legal system. It includes the sum of manpower, material resources, financial resources and time resources spent by the legal subject in order to realize the right, fulfill the obligation and assume the responsibility in the aspects of legislation, judicature, law enforcement, law-abiding and so on. The legal cost of an enterprise is the sum of expenses and losses arising from the execution of laws, blind decision making, management errors, legal errors in signing contracts and legal disputes.
