【摘要】：正一、文成法院涉侨民事案件存在的困局文成县是浙江省著名侨乡,目前有11万多文成籍华侨,旅居世界70多个国家和地区,约占文成县在籍人口的1/3。近年来,文成法院每年受理的涉侨民事案件均在300件以上,而且绝大多数是离婚纠纷案件。涉侨民事案件审理周期长、送达难、执行难问题,一直严重影响着文成法院的审判绩效;涉侨离婚案件当事人出庭率低,法官难以
[Abstract]:First, Wencheng Court has a difficult situation involving overseas Chinese civil cases. Wencheng County is a famous hometown of overseas Chinese in Zhejiang Province. At present, there are more than 110000 overseas Chinese with cultural and adult nationality, living in more than 70 countries and regions in the world, accounting for about one third of the population of Wencheng County. In recent years, Wencheng Court has accepted more than 300 overseas Chinese civil cases every year, and most of them are divorce disputes. The long trial cycle, difficult service and difficult execution of the civil cases involving overseas Chinese have seriously affected the judicial performance of the Wencheng Court; the low attendance rate of the parties involved in divorce cases of overseas Chinese makes it difficult for judges to appear in court.
