服刑人员家庭未成年子女教育问题研究

【摘要】：服刑人员未成年子女是指父母双方或一方正在监狱服刑的未满十八岁的公民，由于父母服刑，这些孩子在经济、学习、心理、发展诸方面，都面临着残酷的现实。这一需要社会特别关心和救助的人群，却遇到了社会大众普遍的不了解、不接受、法律规范和保障制度的空白。为了了解服刑人员未成年子女的现状，笔者通过走访对这一群体进行了实地调查，对其出现的一些问题进行了分析，并对存在问题提出了相应的对策，全文共分三部分。第一部分，介绍服刑人员家庭未成年子女的现状。此类青少年家庭多数因家长入狱，家庭缺少主要劳动力生活较为贫困，却很少接受到社会救助，所以服刑人员家庭未成年子女多数中途辍学。有些外出打工，甚至到处流浪。社会对其存在普遍的歧视现象，他们的心理问题也较为严重，因为无人疏导，出现自卑、逆反、嫉妒等心理问题。因少人管教，有的已经走上犯罪道路。第二部分，介绍了服刑人员家庭未成年子女出现问题的原因。在对调查资料进行分析的基础上，笔者发现出现这些问题受到家庭、学校、社会三方面的影响。在家庭方面，家庭环境的恶化，疏于管教，教育的缺失是导致了其子女出现了问题。亲子关系中断，亲情淡化，影响孩子的心理和优良人格的形成。在学校方面，存在教育歧视，老师对服刑人员家庭子女存在偏见，严重伤害了孩子的自尊心，使孩子不愿融入集体。教学上应试教育，重视智力教育忽视道德教育，无视学生的心理等不当的教育在进一步恶化了不良行为的同时，，使学生对学校的教育产生排斥。社会方面，社会的不接纳，法律与社会保障的不健全，加剧了此问题的严重性。第三部分，介绍了服刑家庭未成年子女问题的对策。家庭方面应强化家庭教育意识，营造良好的家庭氛围。学校方面，应充分与家庭联系、沟通，帮助家长更好的教育孩子。日常教育中应渗透心理教育、道德教育和全纳性教育理念。社会方面则要呼吁社会消除歧视，健全法律和完善社会保障制度，帮助解决其经济问题。只有家庭、学校和社会共同努力，才能使服刑人员家庭未成年子女真正的受到关心，接受良好的教育，来帮助他们形成良好的人格，健康的价值观念。
[Abstract]:Minor children of prisoners refer to citizens under 18 years of age whose parents or one of them are in prison. As a result of their parents serving their sentences, these children are faced with cruel reality in economy, study, psychology and development. This group of people who need special attention and assistance from the society, however, has encountered the blank of the general public not understanding, not accepting, the legal norm and the safeguard system. In order to understand the present situation of the minor children of the prisoners, the author conducted a field investigation on this group, analyzed some problems, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures. The full text is divided into three parts. The first part introduces the status quo of minor children in the family of prisoners. Most of these teenage families are sent to prison because their parents are in prison, families lack the main labor force and are poor, but rarely receive social assistance, so most of the underage children in prison families drop out of school. Some go out to work and even wander around. There is widespread discrimination in society, and their psychological problems are more serious, such as self-abasement, converse, jealousy and so on. Some have gone on the path of crime because they are less disciplined. The second part introduces the reasons for the problems of minor children in the family of prisoners. Based on the analysis of the investigation data, the author finds that these problems are influenced by family, school and society. In the family, the deterioration of family environment, neglect of discipline and lack of education lead to the problems of their children. The interruption of parent-child relationship and the desalination of kinship affect children's psychology and the formation of good personality. In schools, there is discrimination in education and teachers' prejudice against the children of families of prisoners, which seriously hurts the self-esteem of children and makes them unwilling to integrate into the collective. In teaching, examination-oriented education, paying attention to intelligence education, ignoring moral education, ignoring students' psychology and other improper education have further aggravated the bad behavior, at the same time, the students have rejected the school education. On the social side, social intolerance and imperfect laws and social security exacerbated the seriousness of the problem. The third part introduces the countermeasures of minor children of serving sentence families. Family should strengthen the awareness of family education and create a good family atmosphere. School, should fully contact with the family, communication, help parents to better educate their children. Psychological education, moral education and inclusive education should be permeated in daily education. On the social side, we should call on society to eliminate discrimination, perfect laws and social security system, and help solve its economic problems. Only with the joint efforts of the family, school and society, can the minor children of the prisoners' family be cared about, receive good education, and help them to form the values of good personality and health.
