公诉案件简易程序公正与效率价值分析

【摘要】：正近年来,江西省南昌市东湖区检察院受理的刑事案件数呈逐年快速上升之势。2010年和2011年分别受理起诉案件402件、498件,年均上升近20%,而2012年1至8月就受理起诉案件528件,比去年同期上升81%。但办案人员却多年基本维持不变,年人均办案数在70件至100件,司法资源相对缺乏,与案件数量的逐年上升形成巨
[Abstract]:In recent years, the number of criminal cases accepted by the Donghu District Procuratorate of Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province, has increased rapidly year by year. In 2010 and 2011, 402 cases were prosecuted, 498 cases, an average annual increase of nearly 20%, and 528 cases received and prosecuted from January to August 2012. This is 81 percent more than in the same period last year. However, the number of cases handled per capita was between 70 and 100 cases per year, and the judicial resources were relatively scarce, which formed a huge scale with the increase of the number of cases year by year.
