修改后刑诉法视野下的公诉工作

【摘要】：正在我国的刑事诉讼程序中,侦查、公诉、审判被视为三个基本环节,作为检察机关重要职能之一,公诉工作则是侦查活动与审判活动的重要联结点。为此,有必要以修改后刑诉法为切入点,充分理解修改后刑诉法视野下公诉工作的新特点和对公诉工作的新要求,探讨公诉工作所面临的新挑战,既革故鼎新,又秉鉴持衡。一、修改后刑诉法视野下公诉工作的特点修改后刑诉法对公诉工作规定了新内容,相应地,未来的公诉工作也将呈现出新的特点,主要表现在以下四个方面:
[Abstract]:In the criminal procedure of our country, investigation, public prosecution and trial are regarded as three basic links. As one of the important functions of the procuratorial organ, public prosecution is an important link between investigation and trial. First, the characteristics of public prosecution under the vision of the revised Criminal Procedure Law and the revised Criminal Procedure Law provide new content for public prosecution work. Accordingly, the future public prosecution work will also present new characteristics, mainly in the following four aspects:
