【摘要】：正基层检察工作直接面对广大人民群众,处在促进经济发展和保障社会和谐的第一线,处在化解矛盾纠纷的最前沿,同时也是检察机关联系群众的"桥梁"和"纽带",是广大群众感知司法公正与效率的重要"窗口"。参与社会管理创新作为基层检察院的一项重要课题,只有检力下沉才能使基层检察工作的"桥梁"更加宽阔"、纽带"更加牢固",窗口"更加透明。一、检力下沉参与社会管理创新的意义
[Abstract]:The procuratorial work at the grass-roots level directly faces the broad masses of the people, is at the forefront of promoting economic development and ensuring social harmony, and is in the forefront of resolving contradictions and disputes. It is also the "bridge" and "tie" between procuratorial organs and the masses, and an important window for the masses to perceive judicial justice and efficiency.
