论深化检察体制改革中的检委会制度

【摘要】：正新一轮司法体制改革已拉开大幕,完善司法责任制、完善司法人员分类管理制度、健全司法人员职业保障制度、推动省以下地方法院检察院人财物统一管理,每一项改革内容都触及体制改革深层次问题。与此同时,实践中认为改革之后检委会作用将有所削弱的声音时有出现。在全面推进依法治国、深化检察体制改革的当下,客观判断检委会制度所面临的困境和机遇已成为迫切的课题。一、检委会制度改革是深化检察体制改革历程的缩影
[Abstract]:A new round of judicial system reform has begun, perfecting the system of judicial responsibility, perfecting the system of classified administration of judicial personnel, perfecting the system of occupational security for judicial personnel, and promoting the unified management of people, property and property in the procuratorates of local courts under the provincial level. The role of the procuratorial committee will be weakened from time to time. At the present time of promoting the rule of law in an all-round way and deepening the reform of the procuratorial system, it has become an urgent task to judge objectively the difficulties and opportunities faced by the procuratorial committee system. First, the reform of the procuratorial committee system is a microcosm of the process of deepening the reform of the procuratorial system.
