民事行政检察监督实践与制度完善——中国检察学研究会民行检察专委会第四届年会观点综述

【摘要】：正4月16日至17日,中国检察学研究会民事行政检察专业委员会第四届年会在重庆市举行。本届年会共设两个主题,分别是民事检察实践中的问题与《人民检察院民事诉讼监督规则(试行)》的完善、行政诉讼法修改与行政检察监督的衔接,来自检察机关的代表和高等院校的专家学者围绕主题进行了深入研讨。本届年会共征集论文447篇,18篇论文在会上作了交流发言。一、民事检察监督的职能定位当前,全国检察机关民事检察工作已发展到新
[Abstract]:April 16-17, the fourth annual meeting of the Civil Administrative Procuratorial Committee of the Chinese prosecutorial Research Association was held in Chongqing. There are two themes in this annual meeting, one is the improvement of the problems in the practice of civil procuratorial work and the perfection of the rules for Supervision of Civil Proceedings of the people's Procuratorate (on trial), the other is the connection between the revision of the Administrative procedure Law and the supervision of administrative procuratorial work. Representatives from procuratorial organs and experts and scholars from colleges and universities carried out in-depth discussions around the subject. The annual meeting collected a total of 447 papers, 18 papers on the exchange of speeches. 1. The functional orientation of Civil Procuratorial Supervision at present, the work of civil procuratorial work of procuratorial organs throughout the country has developed into a new one
