齐齐哈尔地区检察文化建设实证研究

【摘要】：近年来，，检察文化作为一种社会现象已引起广泛的关注。全国检察机关在法律监督实践中，也越来越重视检察文化建设对检察队伍建设的引领作用。检察文化作为一种文化现象，是构成整个社会主义文化大系统的一个子系统，它既有“文化”的共同属性，更有其独特的内在品质；检察文化对促进检察事业发展具有推动作用，对检察形象具有塑造作用，对提升检察机关核心竞争力具有促进作用，是检察机关群体的灵魂。但目前检察文化建设尤其是基层检察文化建设面临的问题还很多，正处于探索和逐步完善过程。笔者根据对黑龙江省齐齐哈尔地区检察文化建设的实证研究，认为基层检察文化建设应构建五方面路径，以实现检察文化向更高层次发展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, procuratorial culture as a social phenomenon has attracted extensive attention. In the practice of legal supervision, procuratorial organs also pay more and more attention to the leading role of procuratorial cultural construction in the construction of procuratorial team. As a cultural phenomenon, procuratorial culture is a subsystem of the whole socialist cultural system, which has the common attribute of "culture" and its unique internal quality. Procuratorial culture can promote the development of procuratorial career, shape the image of procuratorial organs, promote the core competitiveness of procuratorial organs, and is the soul of procuratorial organs. However, there are still many problems in the construction of procuratorial culture, especially at the grass-roots level, which are in the process of exploration and gradual improvement. Based on the empirical study on the construction of procuratorial culture in Qiqihar area of Heilongjiang Province, the author thinks that the construction of procuratorial culture at the grass-roots level should be constructed in five ways in order to realize the development of procuratorial culture to a higher level.
