【摘要】：正2017年3月,最高人民检察院发布了《未成年人刑事检察工作指引(试行)》(以下简称《指引》)。《指引》在宪法、刑法、刑事诉讼法、未成年人保护法、预防未成年人犯罪法及最高人民检察院《人民检察院刑事诉讼规则(试行)》等法律及司法解释、规范性文件规定的基础上,结合未成年人刑事检察工作实际作了进一步规范,涵盖未成年人刑事检察目的与基本要求、讯问未成年犯罪嫌疑人、询问未成年被害人及证人、未成年人刑事案件审查逮捕与
