社会主义和谐司法文化建设研究

【摘要】：本文在和谐社会视角下司法文化进行考察，笔者试图通过对司法文化的审视，发掘思想层面和制度层面中蕴含的和谐因素，为今日和谐社会的建设所用。论文从社会主义和谐文化建设入手，通过对文化的概念和社会功能进行分析和阐述，进而揭示文化在和谐社会中的功能和价值。通过对和谐文化、司法文化以及和谐司法文化等概念的界定，，并结合和谐社会的主要特征深入分析了和谐社会对司法文化建设的基本诉求。对社会主义和谐司法文化建设的内涵、特征及主要形式和载体进行论述，同时，针对当前影响和谐司法文化建设的主要因素进行分析。以此对社会主义和谐司法文化建设的原则和途径总结性概括，认为要坚持社会主义核心价值体系是和谐司法文化的这一根本，采取古为今用、洋为中用、博采众长、兼收并蓄的方式，以推动社会的和谐发展。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of harmonious society, the author tries to explore the harmonious factors in the ideological level and the institutional level by examining the judicial culture, which is used for the construction of today's harmonious society. Starting with the construction of socialist harmonious culture, this paper analyzes and expounds the concept and social function of culture, and then reveals the function and value of culture in harmonious society. By defining the concepts of harmonious culture, judicial culture and harmonious judicial culture, and combining with the main characteristics of harmonious society, this paper analyzes deeply the basic demands of harmonious society on the construction of judicial culture. This paper discusses the connotation, characteristics, main forms and carriers of the construction of socialist harmonious judicial culture. At the same time, it analyzes the main factors that affect the construction of harmonious judicial culture. By summing up the principles and approaches of the construction of socialist harmonious judicial culture, the author holds that the core value system of socialism is the foundation of harmonious judicial culture. An inclusive approach to promote the harmonious development of society.
