诉讼诚信体系建设的核心是声誉机制
[Abstract]:Reputation mechanism is the core of the construction of good faith system in positive litigation. The reputation mechanism established through the system of litigation integrity has the ability to lead to the action of good faith. After the emergence of the reputation mechanism based on modern information technology, the reputation existing in the litigation environment has become a unified, full-scope extended reputation mechanism, so the reputation mechanism can obtain higher litigation benefits. The integrity of the judge is the core of the reputation mechanism of the litigation integrity system. It is a complex system, which covers all the links in the litigation value chain. The breach of trust may occur in many fields of litigation, not only false litigation, but also circumvention of execution and so on. Therefore, the establishment of litigation integrity system has the problem of steps and priorities, in which the integrity of judges is the most basic and core part.
