【摘要】：正[本刊讯]全国法院民事再审审查工作座谈会于2013年1月6日-7日在云南省昆明市召开。最高人民法院副院长苏泽林出席会议并讲话。云南省委常委、政法委书记孟苏铁出席会议并致辞。全国人大法工委、最高人民检察院有关部门负责人,全国各高级人民法院有关负责人约100人参加会议。
[Abstract]:A forum on the review of civil retrial by national courts was held in Kunming, Yunnan Province, January 6-7, 2013. Su Zelin, vice president of the Supreme people's Court, attended the meeting and spoke. Yunnan Provincial Party Committee standing Committee member, Secretary of the political and legal Commission Meng Suzhang attended the meeting and address. About 100 people attended the meeting from the NPC legal work Committee, relevant departments of the Supreme people's Procuratorate, and senior people's courts.
