从行贿犯罪档案查询促进诚信建设谈起——兼论检察机关在促进诚信建设中的职能作用

【摘要】：正为了有效预防贿赂犯罪,促进诚信建设,从2006年1月1日起,全国检察机关正式开展行贿犯罪档案查询工作,受理社会行贿犯罪档案查询。2012年2月16日,行贿犯罪档案查询系统全国联网,实现了革命性的发展和质的飞跃。目前,已建成覆盖全国的"四级一体"的网络查询体系,建立了统一的全国行贿犯罪档案信息库和统一的查询平台,实现了查询本地化,各级人民检察院在本地就可以
[Abstract]:In order to effectively prevent bribery crimes and promote the construction of good faith, since January 1, 2006, procuratorial organs throughout the country have officially launched the inquiry work on files of bribery crimes, accepting inquiries on files of social bribery crimes. On February 16, 2012, Bribery crime file query system nationwide network, achieved a revolutionary development and qualitative leap. At present, a "four-level" network inquiry system covering the whole country has been built, a unified national bribery crime file information database and a unified query platform have been established, and the inquiry localization has been realized, and people's procuratorates at all levels can work locally.
