检察机关档案管理中的问题与对策

【摘要】：正检察档案是检察机关法律监督工作以及其他各项活动的真实记录,它是国家档案的重要组成部分。在新的历史时期,检察档案工作面临着新的机遇和挑战,检察档案工作如何才能取得突破,迈上新的台阶,笔者结合当前检察档案管理工作中存在的问题,拟提出其发展的新思路。一、检察机关档案管理工作中不容忽视的矛盾与问题检察机关档案管理工作,是检察机关对在检察工作中形成的全部文件、材料进行收集、接收、整理、鉴定、保管和提供利用的活动。目前,检察机关档案管理工作在组织设置、制度建设、科技管理等方面暴露出许多与形势任务不相适应的矛盾和亟待解决的问题,具体表现如下
