【摘要】：正孙波是黑龙江省鹤岗市工农区人民法院的一名普通审判员。在他20年来参与审理的1 800多起案件、主审的430起刑事案件中,没有一起超审限案件、被改判和上访缠诉案件,刑事附带民事案件调解率达98%。因常年超负荷工作积劳成疾,他201 1年罹患尿毒症后经历了9次手术,在靠每周三次透析维持生命的情况下仍未放弃工作。201 4年6月
[Abstract]:Zhengsun Bo is a common judge in the People's Court of Hegang District, Heilongjiang Province. In the more than 1,800 cases he has participated in the trial in the past 20 years,430 cases of the presiding judge have not been in the case of over-examination, have been sentenced to a number of cases, and the mediation rate of criminal cases with civil cases is 98%. He suffered from uremia in 201 years after suffering from a long-term overload. He had undergone nine operations in 201 years, and did not give up until the life was sustained three times a week.201 4
