科企合作需要法制保证

【摘要】：正除了商业性的公司法、合同法外,科企合作在目前罕有可操作的国家法律法规,使知识产权拥有者的权益难以得到保证。目前我国种企中,除了少部分企业有育种机构支持外,大部分还都要走科企合作的路,要与我国的400多家各级农业科研机构合作。谁找到正确的合作对象,谁就找到了自己的优势发展潜力。如今我国5200多家种企与各级科研机构正在进行着各种形式的合作,合作促进了科技成果的转化,提高了农业生产效率,推动了企业的发展与成长。育种资源、技术优势以及新品种是种子企业
