浅析英国股市的演变

【摘要】：英国股市的源流最早可以追溯到资本原始积累时期,在护国公克伦威尔统治时期,出现了较为成熟的股票。1750年开始的运河热及其后的铁路热推动了英国股份经济的发展,出现了第一个正式的证券交易条例和《股份公司法》,分散的股票交易趋于集中,出现了区域性的股票交易所。伦敦证券交易所成为世界上最大的证交所,主要的交易对象是海外证券。国内股票则在一些区域性交易所内进行。19世纪末第二次产业革命后,英国在普及股份制方面遇到种种传统阻力,一向对国内股票不感兴趣的大商业银行也开始转向国内股票及债券的发行,发行商社的兴起成为这一时期证券市场中的一个最大的特征。第二次世界大战后,英国证券市场出现了一些新的变化:团体投资者已成为交易所中的重要部分,股票发行与交易在证券市场上居于相对次要地位,证券市场进一步国际化,证券交易自律管理日趋完善,以及股票投资者构成日益社会化。
[Abstract]:The origin of the British stock market can be traced back to the period of primitive accumulation of capital, during the reign of the protector of the state, Cromwell. The canal boom that began in 1750 and the rail boom that followed promoted the development of the British share economy, and the first formal securities trading regulations and the Stock companies Act emerged. Decentralized stock exchanges have become concentrated, leading to regional stock exchanges. The London Stock Exchange has become the world's largest stock exchange. The main object of trading is overseas securities. Domestic stocks in some regional exchanges after the second industrial revolution in the late 19th century, Britain encountered a variety of traditional resistance in popularizing the shareholding system. The big commercial banks, which had not been interested in domestic stocks, began to issue domestic stocks and bonds. The rise of issuing houses became one of the biggest characteristics of the stock market in this period. After the second World War. There have been some new changes in the British securities market: group investors have become an important part of the exchange, the issuance and trading of stocks in the securities market is relatively secondary, and the securities market is further internationalized. Securities trading self-discipline management is becoming more and more perfect, and the composition of stock investors is becoming more and more socialized.
