【摘要】：正 1995年,武汉市国有企业深化改革的基本思路可以概括为:以建立现代企业制度为目标,切实打好基础,积极创造条件,努力构建框架。“切实打好基础”强调的是解决国有企业发展面临的现实问题,强化企业技术进步和企业管理,全面推进国有企业转换经营机制的步伐,切实做好建立现代企业制度的各项基础性工作:“积极创造条件”指的是做好与深化企业改革相配套的各项改革:“努力构造框架”,就是要着力进行企业制度创新,逐步构建现代企业制度的基本框架。总体工作部署沿点、线、面3个方面展开,解决面上企业的生存与发展的问题,加强对现有股份制企业的规范,抓好全市的现代企业制度的试点工作。深化企业改革的具体任务有以下8个方面:1、继续完善建立现代企业制度的各项基础性工作,促进面上企业转换经营机制;2、解决国有企业过度负债问题,为国有企业转机建制和发展创造条件;3、实施《公司法》,扎扎实实推进国有企业股份制改组工作;4、积极推进现代企业制度试点工作,继续
