二战后美国法对日本法的影响

【摘要】：中国政法大学比较法研究所与日本中央大学日本比较法研究所共同设立的现代日本法基本理论研究课题组近期就二战后美国法对日本法的影响召开了专题研讨会 ,围绕日本宪法、行政法、公司法以及刑事诉讼法继受和移植美国法的问题展开研讨 ,现将日方学者的主要观点予以整理发表
[Abstract]:The Institute of Comparative Law of the China University of political Science and Law and the Institute of Comparative Law of the Central University of Japan have recently held a symposium on the impact of American law on Japanese law after World War II. This paper discusses the problems of Japanese constitution, administrative law, company law and criminal procedure law following and transplanting American law. The main points of view of Japanese scholars are summarized and published.
