[Abstract]:On the legal structure of Mei Shen, both the Securities Law and the Company Law belong to the scope of Commercial Law, and the "two laws" (Securities Law and Company Law) have no relationship between owner and subordinate. If we want to analyze the relationship between "two methods", we should deal with the issuance and listing of stocks, corporate bonds, convertible corporate bonds, investment fund bonds and warrants for new shares.
