[Abstract]:On the Application of the Law on Partnership Enterprises Xie Zunji's 24th meeting of the standing Committee of the eighth National people's Congress adopted and promulgated it on February 23 this year. The Law of the people's Republic of China on Partnership Enterprises, which came into effect on August 1 this year, is the legal system of the socialist market economy after China's Law on Industrial Enterprises under ownership by the whole people, the Law on Sino-foreign Joint Ventures, and the Law on Company Law.
