浅谈经济全球化背景下我国公司法的修改与完善

【摘要】：在经济全球化的大背景之下,我国迫切需要与经济发展相适应的《公司法》来约束和规范市场经济。我国原有的《公司法》在一定程度上为市场经济健康有序发展做出了贡献,但随着经济全球化进程的加速,原有的《公司法》的弊端逐步显露。"物竞天择,适者生存"没有改革就没有进步,而没有进步就会遭到淘汰的残酷命运。为更好地融入经济全球化,保障市场经济的健康发展,重新修改与完善《公司法》成了当务之急。
[Abstract]:Under the background of economic globalization, our country urgently needs the company law, which is suitable for the economic development, to restrain and standardize the market economy. The original Company Law of our country has contributed to the healthy and orderly development of the market economy to a certain extent, but with the acceleration of the process of economic globalization, the disadvantages of the original Company Law have been gradually revealed. " Natural selection, survival of the fittest, "without reform there will be no progress, and no progress will be eliminated by the cruel fate." In order to better integrate into economic globalization and ensure the healthy development of market economy, it is urgent to revise and perfect Company Law again.
