[Abstract]:The State Economic and Trade Commission has formulated the interim provisions on strengthening the Supervision and Administration of State-owned property in Chinese-Foreign Joint Ventures and Joint Ventures. In order to strengthen Sino-foreign equity joint ventures and the supervision and management of state-owned property in the contractual joint ventures, the State Economic and Trade Commission shall safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of investors. According to the Company Law, the Sino-Foreign Joint Ventures Law, the Sino-Foreign Joint Ventures Law and the State-owned Enterprises Act, the loss of state-owned assets and the increase of investment returns are prevented.
