[Abstract]:The establishment of modern enterprise system requires better giving full play to the social role of trade unions in the implementation of modern enterprise system in state-owned enterprises is the further deepening of the transformation of enterprise management mechanism, is the direction of the reform of state-owned enterprises in China. Its main point is to innovate the enterprise system and reorganize the state-owned enterprises according to the norms of the Company Law. The establishment of modern enterprise system by state-owned enterprises is also unprecedented.
